Welcome. These terms set out the rules for visiting our park and purchasing tickets or merchandise. By entering the park or placing an order you accept these terms, so please take a moment to read them.
You may visit our park for lawful recreational purposes only. You agree not to disrupt operations, endanger other guests, or use the grounds in any way that could harm the park or visitors.
All ticket prices and ride fees are displayed clearly before you pay. We do our best to keep attraction information and pricing accurate, but occasionally errors happen — if they do, we will let you know before processing your purchase.
Payment is taken securely at checkout. We accept the major payment methods shown at the point of purchase. Your ticket or order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
You can change or cancel your order shortly after booking — just contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
We take great care with every ride and attraction, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the tickets or products you purchased.
